The ten-storied compound for 120 apartments was built in the new neighborhood Kazimirovka (Grunvaldskaya Street). The two other houses were constructed in Bobruisk and Osipovichi.
The new building will be home to orphaned children, families with disabled children, large families, unemployed lonely disabled people. One- and two-room flats have wallpapers, laminated flooring, sanitaryware and doors. There is a well-equipped children’s playground in the yard.
The Mogilev house building factory took eight months to build the house. The general contractor was the Tianjin electric power construction company of the China Energy Construction Group.
