MINSK, 31 March (BelTA) – The Belarusian Interior Ministry intends to advance cooperation with colleagues from Brazil, representatives of the Ministry told BelTA.
On 31 March Belarusian Interior Minister Igor Shunevich met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Brazil to Belarus Paulo Antonio Pereira Pinto.
During the meeting the sides discussed the advancement of cooperation in law enforcement affairs. Prospects of establishing practical contacts between the relevant government agencies of the two countries were also discussed, in particular during the forthcoming Olympic and Paralympic Games.
