The industrial complex includes the Krugloe-based Flax-Processing Plant which was founded in 1938. The annual production output of the company totals more than Br900 million. The plant employs 105 professionals. The company processes about 3 thousand tonnes of treated plant fibers to produce 840 tonnes of flax fiber.
The agricultural production is the leading branch of the Krugloe region. Agricultural companies specialize in the production of meat, dairy products, cereals and fodder. There are eight agricultural companies including five production cooperatives in the region.
