Bobruisk Plant of Tractor Parts and Units to increase supplies to Yakutia
MINSK, 3 May (BelTA) – The Bobruisk Plant of Tractor Parts and Units plans to increase its supplies to Russia’s Yakutia, BelTA learnt from the Industry Ministry of Belarus.
“The Belarusian company launched its cooperation with Yakutia in 2015 when it shipped seven vehicles to the region. This year the Bobruisk plant has already delivered eight tractors to Yakutia. Ten more are to be shipped in the near future,” representatives of the ministry said.
Not long ago a delegation from Yakutia paid a visit to the Bobruisk Plant of Tractor Parts and Units. “The parties discussed the prospects for mutually beneficial cooperation in the supplies of the plant’s products for the needs of Yakut agrarians,” the Industry Ministry said.
Representatives of the Yakut delegation compiled a list of equipment for the supply to Yakutia.
“The guests were most interested in light-sized tractors Belarus. According to members of the Yakut delegation, over 70% of the gross agricultural output come from small private land plots. Hence, small tractors take a considerable share on the local market,” specialists stressed.
