Lukashenko sends greetings to 13th Belarusian media forum participants
MINSK, 12 September (BelTA) – Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has extended greetings to participants and guests of the 13th Belarusian international media forum Partnership for the Future: Digital Agenda for Media Sector, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.
“Over the years, the forum has become an authoritative platform for business communication between media representatives from near and far abroad. The forum gives a unique opportunity to exchange professional experience and inspire new ideas,” the message of greetings says.
“The modern media sector has no boundaries, and digital technologies have opened up great opportunities for creativity and provided a rich choice of sources of information. Today the journalistic community needs to focus on issues of compliance with professional ethics and morals, which are the same important as the free expression of their beliefs,” said Alexander Lukashenko.
The head of state wished the forum participants fruitful work and every success in the search for interesting solutions that would make the media sector more attractive, safe and useful for people.
